Privacy policy
This publication is small. The information we hold is smaller still. This page says what arrives, where it sits, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. That payload is posted to /api/contact and delivered to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. A hidden honeypot field is used only to discard automated junk.
Server logs kept by the host may include IP address, user agent and the page requested. We do not run advertising pixels and we do not sell reader lists.
Cookies
The public journal does not set analytics cookies. If you open the Keystatic editing interface on a local or staff machine, that tool may store its own session data. It is not part of the reader-facing site.
How long we keep mail
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to answer you, correct the record, or meet a legal obligation, then deleted in the ordinary course of inbox hygiene. You can ask us to erase a message by writing to support@worldwidebacklinks.com from the same address you used.
Overseas processing
Delivery of the contact form may pass through a form-to-email processor. That processor may store a copy outside Australia. Do not send tax-file numbers, payment cards or other sensitive identifiers through the form.
Access and complaints
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or lodge a complaint, through the contact form or by email. If you are not satisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains how to take a privacy complaint further.
